What Others Won't Design
Founded in 2025 at SIDCO Industrial Estate, Coimbatore — the engineering hub of Tamil Nadu — Hexcentric Roof Structures was created specifically to tackle complex geometric structural projects that conventional fabricators decline.
Founding Vision
From Mechanical Engineering to Structural Innovation
Managing Director Mr. Mohamed Jailani recognised a gap in Tamil Nadu's construction market: industrial clients and architects with complex structural requirements — space frames, geometric roofing, wide-span PEB facilities — were being forced to source fabricators from outside the state, adding cost, delay, and handover risk.
Armed with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University and experience in structural analysis, he established Hexcentric in 2025 with one mandate: build the engineering capability in Coimbatore that Tamil Nadu's most demanding projects deserve.
Operating from our 169-D SIDCO facility in Sundarapuram, every project undergoes 3D structural modelling, FEA wind load simulation, and factory quality control before a single component leaves our workshop.
2025 — Founding
Hexcentric Roof Structures P Ltd incorporated and SIDCO fabrication facility commissioned in Coimbatore.
2025 — First Projects
First PEB and geometric space-frame projects delivered across Coimbatore and Tirupur districts.

Engineering Leadership with Academic Rigour
Mr. Mohamed Jailani brings a unique combination of formal mechanical engineering education from Anna University and hands-on structural fabrication expertise. His B.E. degree provided the analytical foundation for FEA simulation, IS code compliance, and structural optimisation — capabilities that are rare in Tamil Nadu's fabrication sector.
Under his technical leadership, every Hexcentric project undergoes rigorous pre-fabrication analysis. He personally reviews FEA wind load reports and structural calculations before approving fabrication, ensuring that what leaves the SIDCO workshop is not just manufactured to specification — it is engineered to exceed it.
His philosophy: "A client should never have to trust a fabricator blindly. Every decision we make is backed by a calculation they can verify."
